Hi Ann, my name is Bert Mahoney. Rodi Gave me your contact info. My son Declan just transferred to Nordoff at the start of January. He was needing Thacher to get CIF the information they needed so he could play. They have just done that this morning. So he should be cleared and could possibly play today, but we would need to bring him his gear. Could you let me know? I can bring it to school. Also could you add me to your text updates for soccer? Hi Bert, I’m happy to add you to the group texts.  Welcome to Nordhoff.  I hope Declan is having a good experience.  I checked with Essie in the office about Declan’s status with CIF .  Feel free to contact her for any questions about soccer clearances.  She handles all of that.  640-4343 x1764.   Here is what she reported yo me this morning: CIF has not ruled. Also Thacher listed Declan’s last GPA as unknown. Their AD should have listed the GPA Declan earned during their last grading period. Not sure if this entry will satisfy what’s needed. Just have to wait to see...

Hi Ann, I just received confirmation from Essie that Declan is cleared to play with the JVs. I know they have a game today and tomorrow, and I’m wondering how Declan can get a uniform so that he can play?

Great news!!! I’m out sick today but if he goes into my classroom (D4) there is a uniform in a ziplock bag at the front of the room on top of a blue tub. I’m not sure what number it is but it should work for today. He will also need a pair of blue socks whic are in the tall blue cupboards at the right hand side of the classroom. Inside the tall cupboards are cardboard boxes. If he looks in the boxes, he should find the socks. Sorry that I can’t be there to help. I was hit by the stomach flu

Thank you! We especially needed scoreboard help for JV games but I’m guessing you will be there for varsity. I will ask our administrators which games we might need help with scoreboard for. We could definitely use pizza donations for 1/19 if you are up for that. We really appreciate the support!
